The Norfolk OPP is on the lookout for a suspect after an assault in Waterford.
WATERFORD - The Norfolk OPP is investigating an assault that happened during a basketball game at Waterford District High School.
Police say it happened shortly before 7:00 p.m. yesterday, while a men's league was playing on the court.
Several players were involved in a disagreement when a spectator left the stands and assaulted one of the players, resulting in minor injuries.
The OPP is now on the lookout for a caucasian woman who stands at about 5'2" with a large build and brown hair. She was wearing a dark blue hoodie with blue jeans, black boots, and a pink coat at the time.
