OXFORD COUNTY - Police have charged a 37 year old after being called out to a disturbance on Highway 2 in Norwich Township.
Officers got the call around 5:45 p.m., Wednesday about an argument between two people that escalated and became physical.
The individual is scheduled to appear in a Woodstock court at a later date.
