Police have charged a 41 year old from Port Burwell with careless driving causing death after a fatal crash in Norfolk County last month.
NORFOLK COUNTY - Norfolk OPP have charged a 41 year old from Port Burwell with careless driving causing death, after a fatal two vehicle crash last month.
The collision happened on September 2, around 6:36 pm at the intersection of Cockshutt Road and Concession 3, Townsend. One of the drivers was killed in the collision. They have been identified as 60 year old Victoria Hellyer.
The other driver received non-life threatening injuries. Police say the other driver caused the collision. After a month of investigating, police have charged Darryl Fredrick Butl with careless driving causing death .
