The Thames Valley District School Board is reporting a positive case of COVID-19 at Winchester Street Public School in Woodstock.

WOODSTOCK - Someone at Winchester Street Public School in Woodstock has tested positive for COVID-19.

The Thames Valley District School Board has not specified if it's a student or a staff member, but contact tracing is underway.

Those who may have been exposed to the virus will be notified and told to self-isolate for two weeks. If you don't receive a letter from the school board your child is not considered to be at risk.

The school will remain open at this time.

The school board is also reporting two other new cases of the virus; one at Mountsfield Public School in London and another at North Meadows Public School in Strathroy.
