The Province is reporting 870 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, 1,563 resolved cases and 10 additional deaths.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 870 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 533,761.
The Province confirmed 10 new COVID-19 related deaths this morning, bringing the total in Ontario to 8,801. Another 1,563 cases have been labelled resolved, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 514,999.
The province completed 34,277 tests yesterday. We currently have 729 COVID-19 patients in the hospital with 546 people in the ICU and 370 in the ICU on a ventilator. Most of the new cases are coming from hot spot regions with 316 new cases in Toronto, 271 in Peel and 75 in York Region.
