A 31 year old Ingersoll man has found himself in hot water after Woodstock Police tried to pull him over in the east end of the city.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police recently teamed up with other forces in London, St. Thomas, Aylmer and Stratford for a Quad County Traffic Blitz.
A total of 25 provincial offence notices were issued yesterday, including an incident in the east end of the Friendly City.
Police tried to pull over a vehicle in the area of Ridgewood Drive and Highway 59, but it continued south on Van Ave. It eventually struck a tree close to Brant Street before it came to a stop.
A 31 year old Ingersoll man has been charged with multiple offences; including driving while disqualified, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and possession of meth.
His passenger, a 43 year old Ingersoll man, has also been charged with possession of meth along with obstructing a peace officer and flight from police.
