A Tillsonburg man has learned the hard why it is never a good idea to return to the scene of the crime.
TILLSONBURG - A 25 year old man from Tillsonburg has been arrested for shoplifting at the Walmart in the Town Centre Mall on Broadway Street.
Police say the man left the store with about $150 in items that they did not pay for on Monday afternoon. Police were called and searched the area for the man, with no success. Later that night the man actually went back to the store where he was recognized by the loss prevention officers.
OPP were called and the man was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000.
