The region is bracing for another day of hot, hazy humid conditions.
OXFORD COUNTY - A sweaty and sticky day ahead as Environment Canada has issued a Heat Warning again today for Brant and Oxford Counties.
Daytime temperatures are expected to reach 31 degrees and humidex values near or above 40.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel though, showers and a cold front tonight should bring an end to the heat and humidity.
Young children, pregnant women, older adults, people with chronic illnesses and people working or exercising outdoors are at greater risk of heat related illnesses.
Don't forget about your furry friends, keep them hydrated as well and today would be a good day to leave them at home; never leave them inside a parked vehicle.
