Tickets for South Gate Centre's 12 Days of Christmas Lottery cost $25 each and over half of them have already been sold.
WOODSTOCK - More than half of the tickets for the South Gate Centre's 12 Days of Christmas Lottery have already been sold.
It costs $25 to enter, and the winners are announced for 12 consecutive days starting on Boxing Day. You can win $100 on day one and then each day the winning ticket will be worth $100 more up to $1,100. On the final day, January 6th, the grand prize of $10,000 will be announced.
Tickets are not restricted to winning once either, in fact, Marketing and Communications Manager Sarah Sheehan said that someone won the $200 and $700 prizes last year.
She also gave information about where you can purchase a ticket.
"We have 2,500 tickets available. You can get them at the South Gate Centre, you can get them at Jack-O's Sports Bar, FirstOntario Credit Union, and this year, for the first time Woodstock Farmers Market."
You can also purchase a ticket online here. Sheehan says the tickets have sold out over the past several years.
Sarah Sheehan stopped by the Heart FM studio to chat with Dan and Marcie on Tuesday, December 6th. You can listen to the full interview below.
