Southwestern Public Health Confirms 2 New Cases of COVID-19 This Morning

The active case count is down to 29 in the SWPH after the Health Unit also confirmed 3 resolved cases today.

OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Southwestern Public Health is reporting 2 new cases of COVID-19 this morning and 3 resolved cases.

This means the active case count for SWPH region is back up to 29. You can find a complete breakdown of the numbers below: 

Woodstock - 10

East Zorra-Tavistock - 3

Tillsonburg - 2 

St. Thomas - 10

Aylmer - 1 

Central Elgin - 1 

Southwold - 1

Currently two people are in the hospital with COVID-19 in the SWPH region. Over 75% of the adult population 18 + in the SWPH region have received at least one dose of the vaccine and over 31,000 people in the region have received two doses.
