STRATFORD - Stratford Police have arrested a 54 year-old man for manslaughter and trafficking a controlled substance.
Terry Collins of Stratford was arrested on Friday afternoon at 3:50pm, where he was then taken into custody before appearing at a bail hearing yesterday.
