Stratford police discovered a small amount of drugs and a single barrelled break action shotgun while executing a search warrant.
STRATFORD - A 35 year old woman from Stratford is facing drug and weapons charges after Stratford Police executed a search warrant.
The police went to a home on Forman Avenue yesterday. They discovered two people inside and arrested them both. While inside the home they found a sawed off single barrelled break action shotgun in three pieces and drug paraphernalia including plastic baggies, a digital scale, and several glass pipes with methamphetamine residue. They also found a small amount of methamphetamine and marijuana valued at around $200.
A woman from Stratford is facing a total of 9 charges including possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, careless use of firearm, unauthorized possession of a prohibited firearm, knowledge of unauthorized possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of firearm while prohibited, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and two counts of breach of probation.
