The Woodstock Police caught a speeder in the city and laid a stunt driving charge against the driver.
WOODSTOCK - The need for speed has an Innerkip man in trouble with Woodstock Police.
Last Friday at 8 p.m., officers noticed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed on Oxford Road 4, and it was clocked going 140 km/h in an 80 zone. The 19-year-old driver was stopped and is now facing a count of driving a motor vehicle performing a stunt, speeding 50 km/h over the limit.
He was also handed a 30-day licence suspension and a 14-day vehicle impoundment.
