The 10th Annual Four for Shan Golf Tournament is looking for more golfers to sign up this year. Proceeds support Team Shan Breast Cancer Awareness for Young Women awareness and education activities in Woodstock and area.
WOODSTOCK - More golfers are needed to sign up for the 10th annual FOUR for Shan Golf Tournament.
The tournament is happening on Saturday August 10th at Woodstock Meadows. President of Team Shan, Lorna Larsen says they have a ton of prizes to hand out and the proceeds go to a great cause.
"We will have closest to the pin, longest drive, some putting contests and all kinds of fun competitions as well, it's a great day for a great cause because all of the proceeds go to support Team Shan, Breast Cancer Awareness for young women in the Woodstock area."
Larsen says they have a ton of prizes to hand out this year.
"I think almost everyone goes home with something, lot's of opportunity to have some fun, do some competitions on and off the course and support Team Shan, a great cause."
The all day event features 18 holes of best ball, putting contest, lunch, snacks, silent auction and prizes. Proceeds support Team Shan Breast Cancer Awareness for Young Women awareness and education activities in Woodstock and area.
It costs $200 to enter a team of four, or $55 for a single player. You can find more information on how to register online here.
