The 18th annual Big Brothers Big Sisters Christmas Party will be a hit thanks to over 100 toys donated
WOODSTOCK - Big Brothers Big Sisters annual Christmas Party is back for the 18th year.
Each year they gather an arrangement of donated gifts and toys and give them away to the children. Well over a 100 toys have been donated this year for the party from Toys for Tots, Time to Chill and BMO.
Intern Executive Director, Kristen Ralph on why this is such a heart warming event.
"Every year for the last 18 years, the Lions Club of Woodstock has hosted a Christmas party for our families where Santa comes. It really is wonderful that Santa can give these kids a great gift at Christmas."
Ralph, and everyone at Big Brothers Big Sisters show their gratitude towards the community for making event like this possible.
"We're just so thankful to the community for pulling together and making a wonderful Christmas for our kids."
The party will be this Monday and it's safe to say the children will be going home with joy, smiles and presents.
