A 44 year old from Woodstock was busted red handed breaking into a home in Zorra Township.
ZORRA TOWNSHIP - Oxford OPP responded to a break and enter in progress on Sunday night just after 11.
Police were called to the 37th line and found a 44 year old man from Woodstock trying to flee the scene.
They were charged with theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and disguise with intent.
