OPP have made three arrests in connection with the robberies of taxi drivers in Ingersoll, Paris and St. Thomas. The three are young Ingersoll residents, including 20-year-old Cody Little. Little has a previous criminal record that includes time served for tying up and robbing a senior citizen. Also facing charges are an 18-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy. The 18-year-old is not being identified to protect the identity of the young offender. They all face charges three counts of Robbery with weapon, Forcible Confinement, Assault with A Weapon, and Disguise with Intent. They're accused of calling cab drivers out to remote areas in the middle of the night, producing a weapon and robbing them. The robberies happened between December 20th, 2012 and January 6th, 2013. In the most serious case in St. Thomas, a female cab driver was tied up to playground equipment, assaulted, and threatened with a butcher's knife.
