New cases of COVID-19 have been reported at Algonquin Public School in Woodstock, Westfield Public School in Tillsonburg and Monsignor J. H. O'Neil Catholic School in Tillsonburg.
TVDSB/LDCSB - The London District Catholic School Board has confirmed a new case of COVID-19 at Monsignor J. H. O'Neil Catholic School in Tillsonburg.
Meanwhile four new confirmed or probable cases have been reported within the Thames Valley District School Board. The list of affected schools includes Port Burwell Public School, Kensal Park French Immersion Public School in London, Westfield Public School in Tillsonburg and Algonquin Public School in Woodstock.
An outbreak was declared at Algonquin PS back on November 4th and Thames Valley is currently reporting six active cases within that school community. The school remains open at this time.
All of the parents, guardians and staff members affected by the newest cases of the virus have already been notified. This means if you didn't receive a letter from your child's school board, your child is not considered to be at risk.
You can find more information regarding active cases of COVID-19 within the TVDSB online here. The LDCSB also lists all of the active cases within it's schools online here.
