You now have until August 16th to nominate someone for the 2021 Citizen of the Year Award in Tillsonburg.
TILLSONBURG - Nominations are still being accepted for Tillsonburg's Citizen of the Year Award.
You now have until 12:00 p.m. on August 16th to nominate a local volunteer who you believe has helped make the community a better place over the years.
The Cultural, Heritage and Special Awards Advisory Committee will consider the length of their service, the uniqueness of their efforts and how they have supported others during the evaluation process.
Doug Cooper won the award last year and he has spent 17 years of his life coaching baseball, basketball and golf with Special Olympics Tillsonburg.
