The holiday Smile Cookie is a sugar cookie with white chocolate chips, red and green sprinkles, and a white icing smile.
OXFORD COUNTY - Tim Horton's is bringing back the Smile Cookie campaign for the holiday season
Half of the money raised at each location will be going to the Tim Hortons Foundation, while the other half will be going to a charity of their choice.
Nicole Killaire, the Fund Development Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County, says the locations in Woodstock and Ingersoll will be supporting BBBS Oxford.
"This is the first time we will be doing the holiday Smile Cookie campaign in Oxford County, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County has been very lucky to be the recipients of 50 percent of the proceeds of these cookie sales."
Meanwhile, Tillsonburg is donating to the Tillsonburg Legion, Norwich will be sharing with the Salvation Army Food Bank in Norwich, and Tavistock chose to support the Ontario Student Nutrition Program for Tavistock. It's unclear what organization the Thamesford location is supporting at this time.
The cookies will be a white chocolate chip sugar cookie, with red and green sprinkles, and white icing for the smiley face. If the store runs out of the sugar cookie, you might be able to get a traditional chocolate chip Smile Cookie instead.
The holiday Smile Cookie campaign officially kicks off today and ends on Sunday November 19th
