A traffic stop in Tillsonburg leads to three people facing charges under the Criminal Code of Canada.
TILLSONBURG - Three people are facing charges after a traffic stop.
Oxford OPP was on general patrol yesterday at 10:15 p.m. in Tillsonburg and pulled over a vehicle for the suspicion of impaired driving.
Three suspects were arrested during the investigation and now face Criminal Code charges.
A 52-year-old Tillsonburg woman, a 35-year-old Bayham man, and a 27-year-old Bayham woman face three counts of possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking. At the same time, the 52-year-old is also charged with failure to comply with a release order and possession of an identity document.
All three have been remanded into custody and will appear in Woodstock Court at a later date.
