An SUV collided with a pickup truck on Cockshutt Road, close to Concession 3, in Townsend Saturday morning.
TOWNSEND - Police have identified the two people who died in a crash in Townsend over the weekend.
The Norfolk OPP say an SUV collided with a pickup truck on Cockshutt Road, close to Concession 3, shortly before 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
The two people in the SUV passed away. The 78-year-old driver died at the scene while the 73-year-old passenger died in hospital and they were both from Simcoe.
The driver of the pickup truck was treated for minor injuries by paramedics on scene.
