Sergeant Ed Sanchuk says you should always make sure the way is clear before you proceed into an intersection.
BRANT/NORFOLK - The OPP is investigating a crash at the corner of Burford-Delhi Townline Road and Brantford Road.
Sergeant Ed Sanchuk posted a video about it on the OPP West Region X page yesterday evening. This is what he had to say.
"Just shortly after 5:00 p.m., two vehicles collided at this intersection resulting in one driver suffering minor injuries and the other driver being transported to hospital by ambulance for undetermined injuries."
No further details have been released and Sanchuk has this reminder for drivers out there.
"If you are coming up to an intersection with a stop sign, please make sure you take those extra few seconds to check to make sure the way is clear. Even before you proceed, regardless of who is behind you and how impatient they are, check twice or check three or four times, because it's going to save a life and prevent a crash."
