OXFORD - You can find the perfect Christmas gift and support a local cause at the same time.
United Way Oxford launched it's online auction on Monday and it will close this Friday at 1:00 p.m.
There's lots of items up for grabs including tickets to a Toronto Blue Jays game, a London Knights game, a Toronto Sceptres game, the Stratford Festival, and the Art Gallery of Ontario. There's also a variety of gift cards and gift baskets, plus a chance to fly in a Harvard and VIP experiences with the Woodstock Police Service and the Woodstock Fire Department.
United Way is hoping to raise $10,000 through the auction and it had already raised over $7,000 as of this morning. United Way supports local groups and charities that fall under its three main pillars; From Poverty to Possibility, Building Strong Communities, and Helping Kids Be All That They Can Be
