UPDATE: Man Charged in Milverton Murder

Murder in Milverton. OPP found a 17-year-old woman dead and a man suffering from life-threatening injuries after a shooting at a home in the small Perth County community last night. The call for help came from a home on Edward St., at around 10PM. Police have charged 23-year-old Michael Schweitzer from Milverton with first degree murder and attempted murder with a firearm. The victim is 17-year-old Nicole Wagler of Milverton, and 22-year-old Tyler Baker is at London Health Sciences Centre in critical condition. Schweitzer will be back in court on Friday morning.
