Woodstock Police seized a pellet gun and arrested a 28-year-old man after responding to a weapons call early Saturday morning.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police seized a CO2 powered pellet gun, after responding to a weapons call in the north end of the city.
Officers responded to reports of a man with handgun in the area of Mohawk Street and Iroquois Crescent at around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday September 2nd.
They contained the area and arrested a 28-year-old man from Woodstock. He has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and possession of a firearm while prohibited.
He now has a court date set for October 10th in Woodstock.
