Patients and visitors will have to fill out a questionnaire before they can enter the Woodstock Hospital.
WOODSTOCK - Anyone going to the Woodstock Hospital will be asked to go through a new self-screening process.
This is in place for visitors and patients coming in place for appointments. The questions will need to be answered prior to entering the building. You can find the questionnaire of the hospital's website under the "Self Screening - Visitors tab" or by using the QR code located at the hospital entrances.
Anyone without access to a smartphone or computer can still do the screening at the front desk. In an email to Heart FM, the hospital staff thank residents for following the guidelines.
"The self-screening method is only meant to help the process move quicker where possible, and is not meant to hinder access to the hospital/services! The hospital would also like to thank the community in advance for their patience and cooperation."
