Briefs include several thefts from vehicles in Woodstock and a smash and grab at a local business.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police are searching for a man who forced his way into a business on Parkinson Road near Norwich Ave on Sunday around 4:00 am.
Police say the man smashed the door to the shop and stole several items including a laptop.

WOODSTOCK - A Ford Transit van is going to need a new window.
Police say someone smashed the front side window to gain entry to the van sometime overnight between Sunday and Monday.

WOODSTOCK - Golf clubs, fishing equipment and hunting gear has been stolen from a vehicle parked at an underground lot on James Street near Clarke Street S.
The theft happened sometime last weekend.
The items reported as stolen were described as a set of purple, left handed, women’s PowerBilt golf clubs in a black, purple and white bag, a pink fishing pole, an Ugly Stik fishing pole, a tackle box with lures inside, a camouflage hunting jacket, a pair of camouflage waders and a hunting licence.
