A Woodstock Police Officer gave two kids a "ticket" for wearing properly fitted bicycle helmets today. The ticket was for a free ice cream cone from McDonald's.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police will be issuing positive tickets once again this summer.
This is something they do every year and the tickets can be for things like practicing bicycle safety. Today officers stopped two little kids and gave them a coupon for free McDonald's ice cream. The kids were given the coupons for wearing proper fitted helmets while riding their bicycles today.
The coupon is for a free ice cream cone from McDonald's. If your kids are caught wearing their helmet by one of our officers they could earn an ice cream cone too.
