Woodstock Police are inviting the public to come check out the new addition and renovations.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Police open their doors to the public to take a look at their new addition, renovations and meet with members of the force.
Chief of Police Bill Renton explains what the public can expect to see at the Open House
"The public can expect a tour of our new addition as well as the renovations that were completed on the existing building. Also there will be demonstrations from our various Specialty Units, historical artifacts on display and an opportunity for the public to meet and talk with our members. The Police Services Board and I, are excited for this opportunity and look forward to seeing as many members of the public as possible."
Doors will open at 10:00 a.m this Saturday September, 29th and close at 1 p.m. They are accepting food donations to the local food bank and members of the Salvation Army will be at the Open House as well.
