Woodstock is hosting the championship for a fourth year in a row.
WOODSTOCK - The best 13U baseball teams are setting their sights on Woodstock.
The 13U National Championships will be played at Southside Park, and the Friendly City is hosting the event for the 4th year in a row. Event Organizing Chair Brent Peltola says he thanks Baseball Canada for having the confidence in Woodstock Minor Baseball.
"It's something that we love to do. We love bringing people into the city and seeing what Woodstock's all about, and we are very much looking forward to getting things going."
Peltola adds there will be a fee at the gate.
"The tournament is supported through gate revenue, and there's various costs depending on whether you come for the week, the weekend or one day."
Games start tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m. and the gold medal game will take place Sunday night at 7:00 p.m. You can visit the 13U National Championship website for the entire schedule as well as the pricing for tickets.
