The number of cases overall in Ontario stands at 37,604. 5,549 of the cases are reported to be from residents living in long-term care homes.
Three new deaths were also reported today with 33,407 cases resolved. The death toll in the province now stands at 2,751. 1,731 of the deaths reported are from residents living in long-term care homes and eight deaths reported are from healthcare workers in long-term care homes.
There have been 1,866,222 tests completed to date and there are 18,081 cases currently under investigation.
There are 101 patients in hospital with COVID-19, 34 of them are in ICU and 23 people are in ICU on a ventilator.
