Woodstock police are reminding residents to ensure they lock their vehicles and turn up windows before leaving it unattended.
WOODSTOCK- A number of break and enters hit Woodstock over two days. On Thursday afternoon, suspects entered an Alice Street apartment through a faulty patio door. The residents were away at the time, the theft occured sometime between 2 and 4 p.m. Once inside the suspect took a cellphone, an i-pad and a camera.
Early this morning suspects stole items from three unlocked vehicles on Algonquin Road, Sioux Crescent and Springbank Avenue North. Items that were taken included a GPS unit, a Milwaukee drill and impact gun, change, and sunglasses.
Woodstock police are reminding residents to remove items of value from your vehicles and ensure the doors are locked and windows are up.
