A 20 year old driver will appear in court to answer to several charges, after being caught driving erratically Saturday night in Tillsonburg.
TILLSONBURG - Police spotted an erratic driver while on patrol Saturday night in Tillsonburg.
OPP conducted a traffic stop on Ontario St. around 10:00 p.m., and arrested a 20 year old from Tillsonburg.
As a result of the investigation, the driver was charged with the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
- Drive Vehicle or Boat with Cannabis Readily Available
- Novice Driver - Blood Alcohol Concentration Above Zero
- Drive Motor Vehicle with Unsealed Container of Liquor
- Stunt Driving
The accused will appear in Woodstock court at a later date.
