The gowns and mortar boards will be out tonight. Fanshawe College in Oxford County is set to graduate a class of 200. The ceremony is being held at Maranatha Church in Woodstock, and Campus Chair Donna Derer says there are a variety of programs graduating students. "We have 17 programs represented, both full-time and part-time programs. Our larger programs are: Practical Nursing, Child and Youth Worker, Hairstylist, Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, those are some of the bigger programs that will be crossing the stage this year." Derer says the college would love to hatch new programs, and expand current ones that are consistently at capacity. However, the Woodstock Campus remains cramped for space with no feasible options currently on the table. "We would love to offer more, we have plenty of programming ideas and plenty of applicants that would like to come here because we have over-subscribed programs. Hopefully someday we'll have a larger campus."
