**All eastbound lanes of the 401 have reopened (8:00 am)*** The eastbound lanes of the 401 are closed again this morning; the third time in less then a week. Earlier this morning, a tractor trailer jack knifed in the eastbound lanes of the highway just past the Oxford Road 29 (Drumbo) cut off. Motorists reported that there were white-out conditions through that area this morning and visibility was zero at times. OPP have closed all eastbound lanes at the Drumbo cut off to remove the truck. Commuters will have to use the EDR's in the area. Keep it tuned to Heart FM for details on when the highway reopens.
