One businesswoman from Woodstock will be merging her mortgage business.
WOODSTOCK- The merger of a local mortgage centre will make it easier for more loaning opportunities.
Julie Brenneman of Woodstock will partner with Cambridge's Penny Wrightly to merge their businesses into a larger brokerage called The Mortgage Centre Hometown Financial.
Brenneman said this will allow them to better serve their clients' needs.
"With a vision to better serve clients in these small markets, we will grow our team and provide training for the unique opportunities that exist in financing products outside of the GTA and other big city markets."
The merger will include over 30 brokers, agents and support staff.
She adds they will be able to provide more loaning opportunities.
"This Division will focus on unique opportunities for lenders to offer a wide range of lending products to be able to help more people reach their goal of being home owners."
The new business will be serving Woodstock, Stratford, Owen Sound, Walkerton, Flesherton, Cambridge, Newmarket, Orillia and surrounding areas.
