It was not a good day for a Woodstock man, as he is facing a pair of charges related to a failure to remain collision.
WOODSTOCK - Charges have been laid after a fail-to-remain collision in Woodstock.
Police responded on December 21st to Nellis Street at 3:45 p.m. as a vehicle was struck from behind, and the other vehicle took off. Officers were able to find the fleeing vehicle with the help of the public, and through investigation, it was determined that the driver was under suspension.
As a result, a 21-year-old man from Woodstock was charged with failure to remain and driving while under suspension.
