A suspicious vehicle report was made late last night in Tillsonburg and after investigating impaired driving and theft charges were laid.
TILLSONBURG - The Oxford OPP received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Concession Street in Tillsonburg.
The call came in around 10 Friday night, Officers spoke with the two people in the car and found the driver was displaying signs of impairment.
Police also found a quantity of stolen property.
As a result 33-year-old from London has been charged with Obstruct Peace Officer, Operation While Impaired - Alcohol and Drugs, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, and Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand.
The passenger, a 27-year-old from London, has also been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.
