The health unit says there were four recoveries reported in both Oxford and Elgin St.Thomas. Oxford now has seven cases overall while there are a total of 47 cases in Elgin St.Thomas.
OXFORD/ELGIN/ST.THOMAS - Southwestern Public Health is reporting no new cases of COVID-19 today.
They say there were four recoveries overall in both Oxford and Elgin St.Thomas.
Tillsonburg has one has resolved case of COVID-19, bringing Oxford's total number of cases to seven.
Meanwhile Elgin St.Thomas has 47 cases overall after three resolved cases were reported.
Since the pandemic began there have been four institutional outbreaks. The latest outbreak occurred at Terrace Lodge on July 31st in Alymer after one staff member tested positive. The health unit says all four outbreaks have been resolved.
To date, there have been 223 cumulative cases with 164 resolved and five deaths.
SWPH has tested 19,822 people to date and 19,564 tests have been received with 19,341 of them have come back negative.
