Oxford OPP has laid charges against a 25-year-old Langton man after finding he was impaired.
TILLSONBURG - An impaired driver has been taken off the road.
Last Friday (March 15th), Oxford OPP received multiple complaints for the same vehicle in the Town of Tillsonburg.
A traffic stop was conducted at 1 p.m., and when talking with the driver it was determined they were impaired.
The 25-year-old Langton resident was arrested and taken to the detachment for testing.
As a result, he has been charged with Operation while Impaired, and Operation while Impaired with a Blood Alcohol Concentration of 80 plus.
He was released and will appear in Woodstock Court on May 7th.
