Arson Investigation Underway in Windham

About $10,000 in damage has been reported after a home caught fire in Windham early yesterday morning. Police believe the fire was intentionally set.

WINDHAM - The Norfolk OPP has launched an arson investigation in Windham.

About $10,000 in damage has been reported, after the side of a home on Windham Centre Road caught on fire early yesterday morning. Police believe the fire was intentionally set, adding the suspects tried to set fire to the same home at around 1:00 a.m. the day before.

The OPP would like people with outdoor surveillance cameras in the area to look over their footage and report anything suspicious to police. The Norfolk OPP Crime Unit is working alongside OPP Forensic Identification Service and the Ontario Fire Marshal's office to bring those responsible to justice.
