Oxford OPP responded to a physical altercation in Ingersoll. Two 17-year-olds were involved and an edged weapon was involved as well. Both kids are facing charges as a result.
INGERSOLL - A physical incident in Ingersoll had Oxford OPP respond.
Yesterday (Tuesday, November 7th), at 12:30 p.m. officers were called to Alma Street were two youth were involved in an altercation, which involved an edged weapon.
No injuries were reported.
A 17-year-old from Ingersoll has been charged with assault, while another 17-year-old from South-West Oxford is facing charges of possession of a deadly weapon, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
The names of the youth are protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Both accused are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on a later date.
