Woodstock Police are clarifying charges laid against a downtown bar. "To the Lounge" faces charges for selling contraband cigarettes, and liquor license offences. Police are now saying only one charge under the Ontario Tobacco Tax Act has been laid. Bar Owner Mike Bosher also faces a dozen charges for selling liquor, or having liquor in his bar that was not under his prescribed license.
