They're looking for singers, dancers, magicians and more to sign up for the virtual talent show, which happens on October 24th.
OXFORD COUNTY - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County and Greg Morton are teaming up to host a "Big Night In" Talent show.
The virtual show will happen on October 24th and it will be hosted by Woodstonian and one of the funniest men on the planet, Greg Morton.
Resource Development Coordinator Liz Wismer Van-Meer says it promises to be a fun night.
"The Big Night Out is our biggest fundraiser of the year, so we were disappointed we couldn't host it this year with the pandemic, but we are super excited to switch to a virtual format and introduce Big Night In, Oxford's Got Talent. It will be hosted by very well known comedian, Woodstonian, Greg Morton and of course a lot of people know him from America's Got Talent."
She says right now they are looking for talented people to sign up for the show.
"When we first chatted with Greg about this, he thought a talent show would be a great way to get people involved and he knows a thing or two about talent shows. Now we are throwing it out there to our community, anybody in our community that want's to be a part of this, we would love to see you."
Wismer Van-Meer says your talent can be just about anything.
"We are looking for singers, dancers, maybe you do some awesome trick shots, magicians, jugglers, comedians, anything and everything, maybe you can do some cool tricks with your pets."
Greg Morton will be hosting the event and they will have guest judges at the event. They are also hoping to set up a voting option for people at home. They are still working on getting some great prizes for the winners. The event will be free for everyone to watch and it is also free if you want to be part of the show.
If you want to take part in the Talent show head to the BBBS Oxford website and fill out an application form.
