Health Canada has issued a recall notice about "Master Forge" grills. The product in question has an issue where the hose running from the propane tank can come into contact with the burner box. The hose can melt and rupture, posing a serious fire hazard. Luckily, there have not been any injuries reported in Canada. The grill (pictured right), has been sold at Lowe's stores in Canada.
