The Pan-African flag will fly in several Oxford County communities this month.
OXFORD COUNTY - It's Black History Month and several communities across Oxford County will pay tribute.
Two flag raising ceremonies will be taking place in Woodstock today. The first will be outside the Oxford County Administration Building at 12:00 p.m. and the second will be outside the Woodstock Museum at 12:15 p.m. A reception will be held at the Museum afterward.
Norwich is set to host its flag raising ceremony at the Community Centre at Monday February 11th at 11:00 a.m., with a recption at the Norwich & District Museum afterward.
Tillsonburg will raise its flag at the Cenotaph on Broadway on Tuesday February 18th at 12:00 p.m.. It's reception will be taking place at the Tillsonburg Public Library.
