Brantford - Two young Brantford kids won an international music contest.
After entering a songwriting contest and winning, these two young musicians can now be called proud published music composers.
These young musicians, along with help from their Brantford music teacher, Heather Tuttke, spent 6 weeks helping them to create their songs.
8 years old Celine Prygiell publish her song called Sisters love, based on the love between her and her sister. Her efforts were rewarded with her winning first in Eastern Canada and second in International.
10-year-old Hudson Heikoop entered and won in a more advanced bracket, and secured first in Eastern Canada and first international for his song, Sandy Seashore.
