Canada officially reopened it's border to fully-vaccinated, non-essential international travellers as of midnight last night.
CANADA - Canada has officially reopened it's border to fully-vaccinated international tourists.
As of midnight last night, international travellers no longer have to worry about quarantining themselves for two-weeks after arriving in the country, as long we they can prove that they've had a full course of a Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccine. Their second dose must be in their system for a least 14 days and they'll also have to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test that's less than 72 hours old.
Travellers can upload their vaccination information to the ArriveCAN app or the online web portal.
Health Canada has approved four COVID-19 vaccines at this time; Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Oxford-AstraZeneca, and the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
