The outdoor farm show moved to a digital format this year due to COVID-19, but all of the demonstrations and exhibitions will be available to you from your own home.
WOODSTOCK - Canada's Digital Farm Show is happening this September and everything will be done online.
The outdoor show moved to a digital format this year because of COVID-19. This is a big loss for the City of Woodstock and Oxford County who usually welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors every year for the show.
All of the demonstrations and exhibits will be available to you from your living room, kitchen table or tractor cab. Demos will be delivered via video, as will crop plot tours and livestock equipment features. Knowledge-based programming will be formatted as webinars with live chats and interactive panel discussions. Farmers will hear about the latest soybean varieties, corn hybrids, managing farms in the new normal, the resiliency of the beef sector and the dairy trade disruption.
Equipment demos, a favourite of the regular in-person event, will be a highlight at Canada’s Digital Farm Show and will provide a look at baling equipment, planters and UTVs.
You can register now online and stay tuned for programming and schedule announcements.
